Our incredible Legal team are on the lookout for a talented Junior Corporate and Commercial Solicitor with 1-3 years PQ experience to come and join the team and push us on to our next phase of growth.

We work with a varied client base of owner managed and entrepreneurial businesses, advising on matters including;

• Corporate transactional matters (business sales, acquisitions, restructures and MBOs)
• Company matters (shareholders agreements, company secretarial matters and EMIs)
• Commercial matters (commercial contracts, intellectual property and GDPR)
• Non-contentious employment law matters (employment contracts, service agreements and settlement agreements)

As a Junior Solicitor, you need to be pragmatic, diligent, and be able to evaluate complex situations in the face of time constraints.

You need to be adaptable and versatile, with the confidence and composure to engage and liaise with clients and team members. As you know, this is no rigid, eyes-down and desk-bound role. You will be/have…

• A qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years’ experience primarily in corporate and company matters but with experience in commercial work
• Legal experience which has mostly been gained on non-contentious business transactions and issues
• Experience of corporate transactional work and general commercial law
• Knowledge of drivers affecting legal, regulatory and business risks of owner managed businesses
