Within our fast-growing Outsourced Business Services team, we are looking for someone who is currently studying for their ACCA, ACA or equivalent qualification to our local clients team.

Day to day you'll be working with a huge variety of clients, from sole traders to partnerships and small Limited Companies. You'll have access to a large entrepreneurial client base in the Midlands, spread across every sector, making a genuine impact on their success.

We are looking for someone with a bit of umph! Emphasis on the umph!

Someone who takes ownership of their workload, communicating realistic timescales and a genuine passion and drive for "getting stuff done" to help deliver AMAZING client service and experience. You will have a hunger for continuous improvement and a curiosity for finding the way of doing things! You will…

• 3 or more years experience working in a smaller, local practice
• Be studying for your ACCA / ACA or equivalent qualification (ACCA/ACA qualified or qualified by experience candidates will also be considered
• Well-rounded small practice experience – sole trader accounts, FRS 102 s1A accounts, management accounts, VAT returns. Tax knowledge preferable but not essential
• Experience with accounting software packages (E.g. Xero, Sage, Quickbooks etc.)

• Ability to spot a needle in a haystack (not literally… but you catch our drift)
• A want to stretch yourself and go above and beyond the norm
• Have a “play all in” team spirit to support the wider team
