As a qualified Audit Senior Manager working within our Southern offices, you will be assisting the partners and associate partners in the management and delivery of statutory audit (80%) and accounts preparation services (20%) for our Owner Managed Business Client portfolio. On top of managing and allocating work to audit trainees, you will also…

• Plan and deliver of audit/accounts assignments, in conjunction with the client partner
• Lead some of our largest and most complex assignments
• Supervise junior staff during the audit and review their work, whilst guiding and mentoring trainees
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and potential management letter points
• Manage client communication, helping to build solid and long lasting relationships
• Monitor your chargeability and your assignment budgets pro-actively
• Coach other staff for improved performance and technical development
• Develop specialist sector knowledge and keep abreast of industry developments

As an Audit Senior Manager, you will be a passionate, talented, and determined individual experienced in the field of audit.

You will be ACA/ACCA qualified with proven experience of planning and completing audits and accounts preparation. You must have demonstrable experience of managing a portfolio of clients, someone who puts value in the relationships you build. You’ll be…
