Our Senior Financial Planning Administrator role has a huge focus on working with the wider team. Supporting and working with the Paraplanners, Associate Advisors and Relationship Managers you will play a huge part in delivering a “best in class” service to our clients and a pivotal role helping the team succeed.

 

You will:

 

  • Manage and administrate clients’ assets and the implementation of new advice, including platform trading
  • Responsible for our client’s data and information, making sure we are always up to date, accurate and ready to be able to deliver a fantastic service
  • Regularly communicating and interacting with clients
  • Administering the engagement of new clients and the servicing of existing clients
  • Helping the team to prepare, coordinate and follow up on/after client meetings
  • Successfully managing a varied workload
  • Support team 1-2-1’s
  • Inspire and be a role model to the team
  • Overall ensuring a brilliant client experience

About you...

As the next Senior Financial Planning Administrator, you will work well under pressure whilst managing a varied workload, endeavouring to be highly organised and focused. We are looking for someone who is proactive and positive to help motivate the team, with a high attention to detail and well developed analytical skills.

 

This is an important role that sits in the heart of our team so to really pull it off you need to:

 

  • Have a passion for financial planning with 3 or more years, experience working in administration for a Financial Planning firm
  • Be working towards the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (desirable)
  • Have the ability to listen and ask great questions
  • Build strong relationships that create trust, open dialogue and be able to give and accept feedback
  • Strive in a busy, fast paced environment
  • Be self-motivated to take ownership of your own learning and development
  • Have a desire to want to motivate, innovate and encourage
