We’re looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Security Engineer who’s keen to muck in, take ownership, offer ideas, challenge approaches, and put a stamp on things.

Joining a busy internal IT team, your role will involve configuring, installing, maintaining, and analysing IT and Security systems.

You’ll never be twiddling your thumbs, kicking off with activities such as: managing our cloud infrastructure, overseeing our remote monitoring and device management solutions, and carrying out office integration infrastructure and security tasks.

The work is varied and often changes direction unexpectedly.  You’ll enjoy an environment where you often respond reactively to unexpected challenges at short notice.  You will have the opportunity to acquire new technical skills on a daily basis.

You will have IT Service Desk experience, ideally progressing from 1^st line through to 3^rd line. You’ll be hands on, practical, dynamic and a desire to make positive change.

• Experience supporting desktop and networking environments
• Server and network architecture experience (with good knowledge off virtual desktop and app virtualisation services)
• Experience using endpoint management solutions, specifically Microsoft Intune
• Experience using Microsoft Defender (XDR, Endpoint, Office 365, Identity, Cloud Apps)
• Experience spanning Microsoft 365 & Azure, Server 2016 and above, Windows 10/11, and supporting Microsoft technology and protocols
• Microsoft certifications and/or relevant infrastructure and security equivalent qualifications

While technical experience is important, we are also looking for a people person. Someone who can pro-actively engage and manage internal stakeholders, peers, and colleagues.
