Our incredible Payroll team are on the lookout for an experienced and talented Assistant Manager to come and join the team and push us on to our next phase of growth.

As a Payroll Assistant Manager, you need to have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, in order to process payrolls accurately and efficiently in line with client deadlines – preparing salaries, processing auto-enrolment, and completing statutory calculations and cost reconciliations for multiple payrolls.

 

You’ll need to have great interpersonal and customer service skills to effectively liaise with other departments, stakeholders and external clients, as well as the ability to oversee a team and support with the implementation of new processes and procedures.

About you...

As a Payroll Assistant Manager, you will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage both internal and external relationships, as well as:

 

  • 5 years’ experience working in in a payroll environment
  • Experience in Bureau payroll for multiple clients, including BACS processing
  • Ideally have experience of working within a professional services firm
  • Experience of leading Payroll teams
