About the role...

Based in our Holborn London office, on the reception desk, we are on the lookout for a bubbly, enthusiastic ‘doer’ to join the wider Facilities Team (full time at 37.5 hours a week but part time would be considered).

 

As the ideal candidate, you will provide the best-in-class service to everyone walking through our doors, clients and colleagues alike. You will have a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and a keen eye for ensuring the space is organised, neat and well presented. From our meeting rooms and public areas to our staff kitchens and office, you’ll play a key part in keeping our areas stocked and our building looking fresh.

About you...

Qualifications aren’t necessary, but strong Microsoft Office skills are essential. If you’re an ‘ideas person’ then we’re always excited to make sure our building and facilities services stay cool and ahead of the game and would be keen to hear your input!

 

Our clients love a friendly and helpful face so knowing the fundamentals of exceptional customer service, as well as having a willingness to go above and beyond is a must.

 

You’ll need to be hot on your admin skills – as Facilities Assistant you will be responsible for opening and distributing our incoming post, providing scanning support to the wider business, franking outgoing mail, ensuring our printers and photocopiers are always stocked up and ticking along, to managing the archiving of our files in line with GDPR. You’ll need to be internet savvy too – you’ll be responsible for ordering all sorts online – from our stationery to our food shop and general supplies.

 

This role is diverse and fast paced. Nothing will be too much trouble and you’ll thrive being up on your feet and getting stuck in!
