About the team…
Our Transaction Tax team help buyers and sellers optimise their tax position and manage tax risks arising on their transactions. Offering structuring and tax due diligence services and working closely with our corporate finance and transaction services team, as well as external advisors.
In what can be complex, stressful and fast paced situations, the team provides invaluable support and significant value to individuals and businesses undertaking transactions.
The team is spread across our offices in the Midlands and London and looking to increase the team in both locations as well as expanding into the North West.
About the day to day…
As a Transaction Tax Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the provision of tax due diligence and TT advisory services in respect of a diverse range of targets and clients. You’ll get stuck into a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities, including;
