Are you an IT Service Desk Technician ready for a new challenge?
We have a fantastic opportunity for a technician to join the IT Team, who is buzzing with ideas We are a team that is proactive, hands on and of course, always keen to learn, so we are looking for someone with the same ambitions.
You’ll be based at our new Reading office, but with a requirement to travel to our London Holborn site when required.
You’ll be responsible for logging incidents, service requests and resolving support requests ensuring that service levels and targets are achieved as well as meeting customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery demands.
We are looking for someone with previous IT Service Desk experience (1st and 2nd Line), who has strong technical and interpersonal skills, and has experience working in a well-organised & fast-paced environment.
