Our Audit team in London & Reading are growing, and we’re currently seeking a Senior Audit Manager to join them on their journey.

About the team…

Our Audit team across the South has experienced significant growth over the past year, and we have even bigger aspirations for 2025!

While our South team have an established reputation among SMEs and owner-managed businesses, the team are now building on their remit and growing their Big Business clientele, including large and complex businesses who are private equity backed to AIM listed business and others reporting under IFRS.

About the day to day…

As a Senior Audit Manager, you'll be working with our large and complex client base alongside our Directors and Partners, getting stuck into a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities, including;

• Work alongside the relationship Partner to build amazing relationships with your clients key contacts to plan the audit process and deliver high quality results
• Manage a dedicated team to deliver a 1^st class service, reviewing assignments, providing constructive feedback and supporting the team to grow
• Managing a portfolio of clients, taking the time to understand their needs and the risks they face
• Communicating engagement progress, problems, financial information and other business concerns
• Participating in networking and support in building the client base alongside Partners through business development activities and client tender processes

The role will also be designed to help you grow and develop through your career journey. With access to a wide range of knowledge to help push yourself further - from Senior Manager to Partner.

In addition to those core values, as a Big Business Audit Senior Manager you should;

• ACA/ACCA qualified with previous experience working at a managerial level within an Audit Team
• Managing a portfolio of clients and be committed to providing exceptional client experience and building effective relationships
• Have experience working on and managing large and complex audit engagements for listed and private equity clients
• Be able to demonstrate experience managing a variety of audit assignments
• Have bags of personality, you’re good with people and, oh… you’ll be pretty good with numbers too
• Be ambitious and have the desire to push, challenge, and develop your career
