We have an incredible opportunity for a Senior Transformation Manager to play a key role in driving the strategic portfolio of business improvement and transformation across the firm as part of the Transformation team and wider Operations Department.
Cooper Parry has tripled in size over the last couple years’ and we are gearing up for more growth to reach our ambitious goals, so there is opportunity in abundance for someone looking for future progression.
It’s the perfect role for an “all-rounder”, someone who will lead on project delivery, the identification and delivery of improvements and change management. We’re looking for someone who will guide stakeholders through the processes and journey of change but also someone who has a people focus, passionate about supporting, coaching and mentoring junior members of the team. You will also need a desire to grow, as there will be opportunities to progress into a leadership focussed role.
