To aid us in this vision, we are looking for a Senior Platform Manager to join the team- who will drive continual business streamlining and efficiency using the latest emerging technology.

About the day to day…

As a Senior Manager in the Platforms & Digitalisation team at Cooper Parry, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving the firm’s digital strategy. You will be responsible for leading high-impact digital transformation initiatives, optimising digital platforms, and ensuring seamless technology integration across the business. Your expertise will help deliver innovative, efficient, and scalable solutions that enhance operational performance and client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute digital strategies that align with the firm’s business objectives, ensuring digitalisation supports growth and operational efficiency.
• Platform Optimisation: Oversee the implementation, enhancement, and performance of key digital platforms, ensuring they meet business needs and industry best practices.
• Technology Integration: Drive the adoption of emerging technologies and ensure seamless integration with existing systems to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership, department heads, and external partners to identify digitalisation opportunities and drive change initiatives.
• Project Management: Lead multiple complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve the desired impact.
• Data & Analytics: Utilise data insights to optimise digital processes, enhance decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.
• Risk & Compliance: Ensure all digital initiatives comply with relevant regulations, security standards, and business risk frameworks.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

In addition to those core values, as a Platforms Manager, you will have;

• Proven experience in a senior digital transformation, technology, or platforms role within a professional services or fast-paced business environment.
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms, cloud technologies, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Track record of successfully delivering complex technology and digitalisation projects.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into digital strategies and solutions.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, security, and risk management in digital transformation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.
