Our dynamic Overseas Operations team is looking for a Senior Manager to spearhead our offshoring strategy and drive operational excellence across compliance services.

In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation - leading offshore teams and ensuring the seamless delivery of key services including bookkeeping, year-end accounts, management accounts, tax computations and more.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Strategic leadership of our offshoring initiatives, aligning delivery with business goals.
• Driving quality and performance, ensuring deadlines and KPIs are consistently met.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and service expansion.
• Spotting opportunities to harness automation and streamline offshore operations for greater efficiency and impact.
• Engaging stakeholders across the business to embed offshore solutions and maximise impact.

You'll be getting stuck into a range of tasks and responsibilities, including;

• Driving the offshoring strategy for compliance services, aligning delivery with business objectives and growth plans.
• Oversee offshore team performance, ensuring high-quality output and delivering training where necessary
• Monitor and manage KPIs, service level agreements, and deadlines to ensure consistent delivery excellence.
• Identify and implement process improvements, including opportunities to use automation to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to embed offshore solutions and drive adoption.
• Ensure compliance and quality standards are met across all offshore outputs, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Support onboarding and training of offshore team members, fostering a culture of accountability and development.
• Provide strategic insight into offshore capacity planning, resource allocation, and service expansion.
• Act as a key point of contact between UK teams and offshore delivery centres, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Champion innovation and scalability, contributing to the evolution of our global delivery model.

To shine as a Senior Manager within our Overseas Operations team, you'll have a passion for driving operational efficiencies and process improvements. You’ll have an analytical and problem-solving mindset, with:

• Extensive experience in compliance work, including bookkeeping, year-end accounts, VAT, management accounts, and tax computations
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams
• Extensive experience with project management
• Proficiency in accounting software and workflow management tools
