Now, we’re looking for an Equity Reward Manager to join our forward-thinking team, with a strong focus on valuations and advisory.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Valuations That Matter – Own complex valuations for EMI, CSOP, Growth Shares, and executive reward schemes, ensuring accuracy and tax efficiency.
• Advisory Leadership – Work closely with clients on share scheme structuring, equity planning, and aligning incentives with business goals.
• Compliance & Strategy – Navigate tax, legal, and accounting challenges while delivering clear, strategic solutions.
• Strategic Advisory – Work closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize equity reward structures, aligning them with business objectives.
• Technical Excellence – Navigate the complexities of tax, legal, and accounting rules, ensuring seamless processes and risk mitigation.
• Venture Capital Schemes – dive deep into schemes like SEIS, EIS & VCT – supporting our clients navigate the challenges of them as they grow.
• Collaboration & Growth – Work across Tax, Corporate Finance, and Legal teams, refining methodologies and helping businesses attract and retain top talent.
