Join us at Cooper Parry as a Project Coordinator, where you will be at the forefront of our mission to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients throughout their journey with us. Your role will be pivotal in streamlining and aligning our teams to maximise efficiencies, working across service lines to coordinate deal activity, improving processes and free up execution teams to focus on delivery.

 

This isn't your typical coordination role—it's an exciting chance to serve as a crucial link between our clients and Cooper Parry. From initial client onboarding to ongoing administrative support and beyond, you will play a fundamental role in our clients' experience with CP. You will:

 

  • Proactively manage and maintain the CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Raise invoices for ongoing projects across the Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Transaction Tax and Debt Advisory teams
  • Generate and update WIP reports for deals and across individual service lines
  • Working with the teams to accurately capture data needed to maintain monthly performance metrics and dashboard reports for the Origination Director
  • Assist the Origination team with event support, targeting admin and internal BD team challenges
  • Liaise with clients to efficiently schedule project-related meetings and ensure accurate diary management
  • Provide administrative support to managers and directors on live projects, including formatting pitch documents, information memorandums, Engagement letters, client acceptance forms and gathering KYC/AML documentation

About you...

As a Project Coordinator, you'll be a personable, organised, and energetic team player with:

 

  • A strong background in a varied administrative role, juggling demands with multiple stakeholders
  • Handling sensitive, high-value, and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Work well as part of a team and independently
  • Experience of working in an office environment with a solid background in administration practices
  • Proficient with the MS Suite
