About the role...

Cooper Parry is growing…fast! So, we’re looking for an experienced Specialist Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team with the opportunity to lead our Wealth and Digital Business Areas.

 

This is a National based recruitment role recruiting covering the whole breadth of the UK, think Scotland to Northern Ireland to London. We do require some office-based travel when required but this role can be based anywhere across the UK.

 

We’re not going to lie - this is a tough gig! But if you’re up for the challenge then this could be the role for you!

 

As one of our experienced Specialist Recruiters, you’ll be able to turn your hand to all aspects of recruitment across the wealth and financial planning space through to the digital tech space covering Salesforce and Netsuite roles. You’ll work with our People Team, HR Business Partners, and department Hiring Managers, Head of Departments to service all parts of the recruitment lifecycle for a selection of business areas. You’ll ensure that all recruitment requirements are advertised; maximising all available attraction methods, provide an excellent candidate journey and continually look to network and head-hunt potential Cooper Parry talent to build a fluid pipeline for current and future recruitment needs.

About you...

We’re looking for an experienced Specialist Recruiter… ideally skilled at recruiting within the Wealth and Financial planning space through to the Tech and Digital space. Most importantly we are after a savvy Recruiter who can pick up and understand the market in which we work, the specialist roles we recruit for and the nuances within them…. FAST!

 

You’ll need to be able to demonstrate that…

 

  • You can partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
  • You can manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across Wealth and Digital business areas, with a particular focus on wealth management and financial planning as well as Salesforce and NetSuite specialisms
  • You can proactively source top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, events, and referrals
  • You can deliver a standout candidate experience that reflects our culture and values
  • You can maintain accurate data in ATS and support reporting needs
  • You can use data and insights to continuously improve hiring processes and outcomes
  • You can collaborate with the wider TA team on onboarding, DEI, and employer branding initiatives
  • You’re comfortable working at pace and able to be flexible at changing your focus as things can move and change quite quickly in our business
  • You have great time management skills and able to prioritise work; be pragmatic that you can’t do everything today, which is cool but have a plan for how everything can be delivered
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills to form great relationships with candidates and key stakeholders… oh yes and the rest of your team!
  • You have experience in recruiting, either Agency, in-house or RPO styles
  • You can bring external insights in and keep us ahead of the game
