Based in our Birmingham office, on the reception desk; we are on the lookout for a bubbly, enthusiastic ‘doer’ to join the Facilities Team on a full time basis, Monday to Friday.

We need someone proactive and who will jump straight in to provide a best-in-class service to everyone walking through our doors, clients and colleagues alike.

This is a busy role that will keep you on your toes as you deal with all things supply and budget management, office maintenance and administrative support to the office. You can expect to:

• Order, manage and replenish inventory for office supplies
• Monitor stock levels and maintain an efficient system for inventory control
• Keep the office space in tip-top shape - clean, organised, and presented to a high standard
• Coordinate with cleaning services and ensure regular upkeep of communal areas
• Oversee the functionality and maintenance of office equipment and furniture
• Assist in the prep and management of the Facilities budget
• Find cost-effective solutions for office needs without compromising quality
• Support team events and activities by organising and providing necessary materials

You will play a key role in the flow and upkeep of our office space and whilst qualifications aren’t necessary, we are looking for someone who is…

• Internet savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills
• Confident working independently
• An ‘ideas person’ - we’re always excited to make sure our building and facilities services stay cool and ahead of the game and would be keen to hear your input!
• Our clients love a friendly and helpful face so knowing the fundamentals of exceptional customer service
• Eager to get stuck in and go the extra mile
