About the role...

Are you an experienced, solutions-oriented Implementation Consultant who dreams in modules and sees the world in workflows?

 

We’re looking for an experienced NetSuite Principle Consultant to join our award-winning NetSuite Partner, MacroFin. Your role will be instrumental in providing the right functional solution for the client & translating their business requirements to the best product.

 

Using deep product knowledge and strong process skills, you will take responsibility for leading the functional team on the project to best deliver the solution. Following personalisation and scoping the Principle is responsible for performing quality checks and ultimately signing off on the solution, also working closely with the PMO team to manage the client.

 

We aren’t looking for someone who just says “yes”. Using your knowledge, you’ll guide clients to best practice, and where needed, influence their business process to find the best solution.

 

Day to day you can expect to:

 

  • Own the functional configuration of the system, whilst working closely with the wider project team
  • Lead personalisation sessions for all core business process cycles - O2C, R2R, P2P, D2B
  • Ensuring solution documentation is up to date in the system and project management software
  • Act as a subject matter expert in chosen verticals and areas of NetSuite functionality
  • Identify change requests and alterations in scope
  • Identifying NetSuite limitations and recommending best practice approaches specific to the clients’ requirements
  • Ensure quality is adhered to throughout the duration of the implementation
  • You will work closely with others internally, specifically the PMO and Managed Serves teams, SMEs and technical leads to support on client management, quality assurance and post go live projects

 

You’ll need to be a listener, able to focus on the clients’ needs, understand their processes and translate into NetSuite solutions, taking them on the journey with you.

About you...

As a Senior NetSuite Principle Consultant, you’ll be a self-starter, confident in juggling multiple priorities and projects. You’ll have top notch communication skills and comfortable working autonomously – for us, it’s all about trust. You will need:

 

  • Extensive experience working in a NetSuite consultancy/implementation role
  • Minimum of 5 years experience providing SuiteSuccess projects as a senior lead OR
  • Minimum of 5 years experience working on mid-market to enterprise level implementation projects
  • 10+ end to end implementations
  • Exposure to accounting & finance processes
  • Experience leading a project team to provide the solution
  • Ability to mentor junior team members
  • NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certified
  • Advanced product knowledge in; ARM, Billing, Advanced Financials including FX, Taxation, FAM, Financial reports, Multibook, and integrations into NetSuite
  • Excellent data migration skills including list data, transactional data, & ad-hoc data migration updates
  • Thorough understanding of the cutover process between legacy systems & NetSuite
