Join us at Cooper Parry as a Project Coordinator, where you will be at the forefront of our mission to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients throughout their journey with us. Your role will be pivotal in streamlining and aligning our teams to maximise efficiencies, working across service lines to coordinate tasks, improving processes and free up execution teams to focus on delivery. 

 

This isn't your typical coordination role—it's an exciting chance to serve as a crucial link between our clients and Cooper Parry. From initial client onboarding to ongoing administrative support and beyond, you will play a fundamental role in our clients' experience with CP. You will: 

 

  • Manage our client onboarding process in collaboration with our Partners, Managers, Onboarding Team and Risk & Compliance Team 
  • Coordinate the setup of client delivery software and platforms for both new and existing clients, ensuring our teams are ready to deliver from day one by monitoring job progress and ensuring deadlines & quality standards are met, which could include allocating tasks to specialist teams 
  • Working with managers to ensure consistent, proactive collaboration throughout the client lifecycle and acting as a central point of contract for workflow-related queries 
  • Work collaboratively with our Resourcing Team to assist in resource allocation, budget creation, and team scheduling to ensure engagement targets are met 
  • Monitor engagement progress, identify potential issues or delays, and liaise with Resourcing and Manager teams to resolve resource constraints 
  • Coordinate the signing and submission of key deliverables 
  • Support with monitoring finance exceptions, working closely with our Finance Team and Managers to resolve issues

As a Project Coordinator, you'll be a personable, organised, and energetic team player with: 

 

  • Highly organised and excellent attention to detail 
  • Team player who actively contributes to a collaborative culture and also works well independently 
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment 
  • Proven experience coordinating projects and managing competing priorities across multiple stakeholders 
  • Skilled in handling sensitive, high-value, and confidential project information with absolute discretion 
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in project documentation and deliverables 
  • Effective collaborator who works seamlessly within a team while driving tasks independently when required 
  • Solid understanding of project processes and workflows, built on experience in structured office environments 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to produce professional reports, plans, and presentations
