About the role...

Are you a ‘doer’ with a strong background in administration looking for your next challenge? Do you love finding solutions to problems and adding value to the business?

 

Our People team in Derby are growing, and we’re currently seeking a Learning Experience Advisor to join them on their journey.

 

You'll be getting stuck into a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities, including;

 

Delivering Learning Programmes

  • Manage the PG&E inbox and resolve queries promptly
  • Support teams with LMS use and troubleshooting
  • Drive LMS engagement through in-person sessions across UK hubs
  • Coordinate internal/external training logistics (venues, invites, materials, trainers, invoices)
  • Deliver engaging induction programmes for new joiners and trainees
  • Support coaching, mentoring, and director development programmes
  • Collaborate with experts to create impactful learning content (eLearning, video, face-to-face)
  • Analyse feedback to improve learning offerings
  • Prepare monthly reports, comms decks, and B Corp data

 

Stakeholder Support

  • Provide admin support for learning initiatives
  • Assist local teams with training delivery and event coordination
  • Help stakeholders create and deliver tailored training content
  • Liaise with external providers to ensure smooth, high-quality sessions
  • Act as a key contact for learning queries and run regular focus groups in UK hubs

  • Able to prioritise tasks and work independently
  • Passionate about L&D and personal growth
  • Experience with LMS (Docebo preferred) and e-learning tools (Articulate Rise 360, Storyline)
  • Confident in delivering live sessions and conducting stakeholder learning needs analysis
  • Innovative mindset focused on continuous improvement
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player with a good sense of humour
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Skilled in writing clear, practical training based on learning principles (desirable)
  • Willing to travel across the UK, including occasional overnight stays
  • Physically attend workshops & training sessions to support the running of the day
