About the day to day…

You'll be working with Entrepreneurs, Business Owners, Private Equity Investors, Lawyers and other Advisors, getting stuck into a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities, that include:

• Market & Buyer Intelligence: Prepare comprehensive research to identify buyers/ investors and market research materials to support strategic outreach and investor engagement;
• Pitch Production: Support with production of pitch documents, including collating research on valuations, recent deals and potential buyers/targets;
• Supporting Transaction Execution: Assist in drafting high-quality deal documentation, including business plans and Information Memorandums (IMs), ensuring robust financial analysis and commercial insights are integrated to enhance business positioning and streamline due diligence;
• Due Diligence Coordination: Manage end-to-end due diligence processes, including data room setup, access control, and Q&A facilitation between clients and advisors, proactively identifying and escalating key risks or challenges and feeding into effective solutions;
• Project Management: Operate effectively under pressure, managing multiple concurrent projects and meeting tight deadlines with precision and professionalism;
• Business Development Contribution: Actively contribute to business development initiatives, including pitch preparation, pipeline tracking, and relationship management;

• Network Expansion: Expand internal and external networks, gaining exposure to buy-side mandates, management advisory roles, private equity, and target meetings.

In addition to those core values, as a Corporate Finance Assistant Manager you should have;

• ACA, ACCA, or similar qualifications;
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to conduct detailed financial analysis and valuations;
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively; and
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
