Fellwood Advisory , who recently joined Cooper Parry is looking to expand its dynamic team since joing the fast growing Cooper Parry Deals business We’re now looking for a Debt Advisory Manager to join us in either London or Manchester.

This is a brilliant opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial advisory firm with a strong reputation in the debt capital markets. You’ll work on a wide range of transactions, develop your network, and play a key role in delivering outstanding client outcomes.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Client Consultation – Attend meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.
  • Financial Analysis – Assess debt capacity, cash flow, and risk to support decision-making.
  • Debt Structuring – Help tailor financing solutions to meet client goals.
  • Transaction Execution – Support deals from inception to completion, including due diligence and documentation.
  • Relationship Management – Build trusted relationships with clients, lenders, and stakeholders.
  • Business Development – Grow your network across private equity, lenders, lawyers, and management teams.
  • Market Research – Stay ahead of trends and advise clients on strategic opportunities.

About you...

  • Experience – 2–3 years post-qualified accountant (ideally in advisory) or equivalent experience in structured finance.
  • Financial Acumen – Strong grasp of corporate finance, capital markets, and financial modelling.
  • Multi-Project Management – Comfortable juggling multiple deals at different stages.
  • Client Focus – A relationship builder with a commitment to exceptional service.
