As our Regional Facilities Team Lead, you will be based at our Dungannon site, as well as our new Belfast office, with full responsibility for the day-to-day upkeep of our NI offices.
Our brand is a big deal to us, and our offices are a huge part of who we are, therefore, we’re looking for somebody who is passionate about employee and client experience, as well as keeping our Northern Ireland sites looking amazing, fresh and unique!
You’ll be part of a wider facilities team who work across our nationwide sites to keep our offices running like clock-work. As our go-to Regional Facilities Team Lead for the NI, you’ll work alongside the wider Facilities Management team to drive a cohesive and consistent approach across all sites.
The role includes working with contractors to maintain our sites, general upkeep, overseeing equipment ordering, some admin and post process management, health and safety, budget control, all whilst keeping in mind our sustainability goals. With our exciting growth plans in full swing, we’re looking for somebody who also thrives on improvement and change.
While no 2 days will be quite the same, here’s a general flavour of what you’ll be doing;
At Cooper Parry, we’re in it together. All we ask of our people is that they play all in. You’ll continuously strive to keep learning – whether you’re a trainee or a Partner – and you’ll be brave, stepping out of your comfort zone to tackle new challenges. Above all, be nice. A simple notion, but an irreplaceable part of what makes CP, CP.
This is a varied, hands-on role which is best suited to a forward thinking, ‘doer’. Since you’ll be managing a team, greeting clients and assisting a variety of internal stakeholders, you’ll be an excellent communicator, confident, friendly, approachable and keen to go the extra mile.
It’s not just about experience – we want someone who can inspire, motivate, and truly connect with others, excelling in communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
You’ll also have…
Experience with Health and Safety compliance and sustainability would be a massive plus also!
We’ve been dubbed ‘the rebels of accountancy’. We’re straight-talking. Never afraid to share our opinions. We put people and relationships before products and services, and deliver a streamlined, client-focused service – free from unnecessary red tape.
