As a Senior Manager within our Compensation & Benefits team, you’ll work closely with the wider People Team and Heads of Departments to create, lead and shape our total reward strategy across CP - not only in the UK, but internationally as well.
You will ensure our compensation and benefits are aligned with the expectations of a modern, scaling, geographically spread professional services business, and ensure it aligns with our vision and the values and culture of CP.
You will be a specialist, a thought leader and educator, driving the strategy forward and being the senior face of Compensation and Benefits in CP. You will understand the importance of focusing on delivering a brilliant proactive service as well as getting involved in and leading on exciting projects and initiatives.
We’re initially offering this position as an 18-month fixed term contract, although there is potentially scope for it to evolve into a permanent role.
This is a specialist knowledge role, as well as a being a key executor delivering on initiatives, including (but not limited to);

CIPD qualification and experience within professional services or accountancy would be a massive plus also!
