About the role...

We’re on the hunt for brilliant Team Assistants/Executive Assistants to join our Cooper Parry Digital crew, supporting our MacroFin and 3RP teams (and potentially others) with the kind of slick, proactive, behind-the-scenes magic that keeps everything running smoothly.

This role is based remotely from South Africa, with the added benefit of being part of our fantastic CP South Africa network – a vibrant, connected community that brings the CP culture to life, wherever you are.

About the day to day…

It’s all about making life easier for our senior leaders and wider teams. You’ll be the go-to person for diary wrangling, inbox taming, event coordination, and keeping our internal ops ticking like clockwork. If you love variety, thrive on organisation, and get a buzz from helping others succeed – this could be your perfect fit.

What You’ll be Doing…

  • Managing diaries and inboxes for senior team members across CPD
  • Coordinating events, travel, and internal culture activities
  • Supporting internal systems, reporting, and operational tasks
  • Preparing decks, agendas, and tracking meeting actions
  • Handling general office ops and admin queries
  • Assisting with HR initiatives, onboarding, and internal comms
  • Jumping in on ad hoc requests and small projects

About you...

You’re organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’re a natural communicator, a problem-solver, and you love making things better. You’ll be supporting multiple senior leaders and teams, so juggling priorities and staying cool under pressure is key.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Experience in diary and inbox management (ideally for multiple people)
  • Confident using internal systems and tools (and quick to learn new ones)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable coordinating events and logistics
  • Able to manage recurring tasks and keep things on track
  • A team player who’s happy to muck in and help wherever needed
  • Discreet, reliable, and trusted with sensitive information
  • Bonus points, if you’ve worked in a fast-moving, people-focused business

About us...

What do we look like now:

  • 60+ team members, including 16 Senior Financial Consultants
