We’re looking for a Client Relationship & Project Manager to join our award-winning NetSuite Partner, MacroFin. This role blends strategic project management with a focus on client retention and long-term partnership success, while offering room for growth as part of a rapidly expanding department and team.
You’ll be the trusted advisor for clients, ensuring they feel supported and valued throughout their journey with us. Alongside managing a portfolio of varied projects—from small enhancements to complex multi-stream initiatives—you’ll proactively identify opportunities to strengthen relationships, improve satisfaction, and encourage ongoing engagement with our Managed Service offering. As the team grows, you’ll have the chance to shape processes, mentor others, and progress your career.
Day to day, you can expect to:
Act as the primary relationship manager for key clients, building trust and understanding their business goals
Drive client retention by delivering consistent value and anticipating future needs
Lead and coordinate diverse client projects within the Managed Service portfolio
Bring clarity and structure to fast-changing scopes while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement
Collaborate with consultants and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
Support sales and renewal conversations by articulating the value of Managed Services and strategic partnership
Monitor budgets, timelines, and proactively manage risks and escalations
Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell based on client needs
Coach and guide team members to enhance delivery and client experience
