Do you thrive in innovative environments? Get a thrill from working in the Transformation space?
We have an incredible opportunity for a Transformation Director to come onboard with us, playing a key role in driving the strategic portfolio of business improvement and transformation projects across the firm, as part of the Transformation team and wider Operations Department.
It’s the perfect role for an “all-rounder” - someone who wants to lead on project delivery, the identification and implementation of improvements, and change management. We’re looking for someone who will not only guide senior stakeholders through the process and journey of change, but also take a people-centric approach to lead the Transformation Team and define the future strategy of the team.
You’ll have experience leading large, complex project and programmes – as well as leading people. You’ll be comfortable with both the detail of delivery, as well as taking a blue-sky view to create a vision that will guide the team through the next three years and beyond.
The role can be based out of any of our office locations, so we’re open to applications from anywhere across the country.
Cooper Parry has tripled in size over the last couple of years’, and we are gearing up for further growth to push towards our ambitious goals, meaning abundant opportunities for career growth and progression.
In a nutshell, you will…
Lead the Transformation team, helping to plan and prioritise workloads, ensuring the right structure and governance is in place
Lead and own specific projects, working closely with CP leaders to deliver results and support our ambitions as a dynamic, challenger brand
Encourage the business to be brave, challenging why we do things and helping to drive new ways of working that bring efficiencies and value
Support, coach and engage senior leaders and managers across the business through the change journey
Act as a champion for leading change management and project practice – bringing relevant structures, tools and insight
Work closely with the wider Operations team to ensure joined up portfolio and programme planning
Define success metrics, including benefits identification that measure and monitor the change process
Cut through the noise, flushing out the key priorities that maximise value and drive optimisation
We are looking for a self-starter, someone who is resilient with a willingness to persevere. You’ll be a team player, used to working closely with multiple client facing and central service lines. You’ll be ready to roll up your sleeves and step up to the plate to lead the team.
We are looking for someone who has:
Proven leadership experience - managing senior project and programme managers, with board‑level exposure.
Commercial awareness - the ability to build credible business cases, supported by a keen interest in client experience
Track record of delivering complex programmes across multiple functions - ideally in fast‑moving, client‑centric environments.

Strategic vision - able to connect transformation initiatives to long‑term business goals and market opportunities.
Change leadership - deep understanding of how people go through change, with the ability to inspire cultural shifts.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to actively listen, influence, and engage senior leaders and external stakeholders.
