About the team…

Cooper Parry Wealth isn’t your typical financial services firm. We’re bold, innovative, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience. Our award-winning team is passionate about making a real difference for our clients and each other. You’ll be joining a collaborative, people-first environment where ideas are encouraged, and growth is celebrated.

About the day to day…

You’ll lead and inspire our Client Services team, ensuring smooth operations and compliance while driving continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing a team of Client Services professionals, providing guidance, support, and regular feedback.
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Acting as a role model for our culture and values, fostering collaboration and engagement.
  • Identifying training needs and delivering tailored development plans.
  • Conducting regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career progression conversations.
  • Supporting process improvements and initiatives that enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborating with senior leaders and other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

About you...

At Cooper Parry, we’re in it together. All we ask of our people is that they play all in. You’ll continuously strive to keep learning – whether you’re a trainee or a Partner – and you’ll be brave, stepping out of your comfort zone to tackle new challenges. Above all, be nice. A simple notion, but an irreplaceable part of what makes CP, CP.

In addition to those core values, as a Client Services Team Leader you should have:

  • Proven experience in a line management role within Client Services or Financial Services.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop others.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Desirable:

  • Experience in process improvement and change management.
  • Knowledge of training delivery and talent development.
