You’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly while supporting the team and driving continuous improvement. Reporting into our Head of Technology & Process, you’ll also play a key role in supporting with the delivery of transformational projects that shape the future of our firm.

About the day to day…

• Supporting the business-as-usual operations, ensuring our systems, processes, and team support are running like clockwork
• Acting as the go-to person for operational queries, problem-solving, and process improvements
• Supporting the Head of Technology & Process with key transformation initiatives, helping to deliver change that enhances client and team experience
• Managing and improving our CRM and client portal, ensuring data accuracy, user support, and training
• Overseeing KPI reporting and operational insights to support leadership decision-making
• Championing efficiency and innovation, identifying better ways of working and supporting the team to embed new technologies and processes
• Supporting with process documentation, and change delivery

We’re looking for someone who enjoys being the hub of the team, who’s reliable, self-driven, resourceful, and ready to make a real impact. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re:

• An experienced operations professional or an experienced paraplanner/administrator ready to step into an operations role
• Have a strong understanding of Wealth Management technology, with a proactive mindset for identifying improvements and challenging current ways of working to enhance the use of systems and platforms
• Comfortable leading and supporting change management initiatives. Able to guide teams through transitions, communicate effectively, and embed new ways of working to ensure adoption and success
• Confident working with data, supported by strong Excel capability
• Detail‑oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• A natural communicator and collaborator, able to build trust across teams
• Passionate about improving processes and delivering great outcomes
• Experienced in financial planning or wealth management
