Transfer Pricing at Cooper Parry is in a genuine growth phase. With increasing client demand and big ambitions for the service line, this role offers the chance to play a pivotal part in shaping and scaling our Transfer Pricing offering. You’ll have a real voice in how the team evolves – helping to build capability, influence direction, and lay the foundations for future hires as the practice grows.

What You’ll Be Rockin’:

• Managing Transfer Pricing Projects – Help businesses navigate cross-border transactions, ensuring compliance and strategic advantage.
• Advisory & Impact – Deliver cutting-edge advice on pricing strategies, risk management, and documentation compliance.
• Client Leadership – Be the trusted expert, providing hands-on guidance and smart solutions.
• Collaboration & Leadership – Work closely with Audit, Corporate Finance, and Tax Advisory teams to deliver seamless solutions.
• Process Innovation – Challenge the status quo, refine methodologies, and lead new developments in transfer pricing strategy.

In addition to those core values, as a Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager, you should;

• Minimum of 2 years Transfer Pricing experiance
• CTA, ACA, CA  qualified or equivalent is a benefit but not essential provided you have the appropriate level of Transfer Pricing experience
• A strategic thinker who thrives on global tax challenges.
• Self starter - We are a small team so there will be times when the individual will need to use there initiative.
• Someone eager for career progression, this is a role that will push you forward.
