Do you want to be a part of building a smarter, more reliable, and secure workplace within a rapidly growing environment?
We’re looking for a Modern Workplace Infrastructure Engineer to join the team and play a central role in shaping and supporting our modern IT environment.
This is a hands-on technical role. You’ll be in the detail - configuring Intune, managing policies, deploying packages, and maintaining cloud services—but also stepping back to help us continuously improve how our workplace technology operates.
You’ll take ownership of key platforms such as Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender, and Azure, ensuring they’re secure, optimised, and delivering real value. You’ll also have the opportunity to lead technical initiatives, particularly around automation, AI adoption, and M&A integration work.
You’ll work closely with infrastructure peers, service desk, and wider IT teams, contributing to a collaborative environment where ideas are valued and improvements are actively encouraged.
This is a great role for someone who wants to:

You’ll be getting up to a range of tasks and responsibilities, including;

A simple notion, but an irreplaceable part of what makes CP, CP.
We’re looking for someone comfortable operating in a modern workplace/infrastructure role, with a strong technical foundation and a proactive mindset.
You’ll already have experience working with Microsoft cloud technologies and device management, and you’ll be confident taking ownership of your areas while contributing to wider team goals.
