About the role...

Do you want to make culture your day job?

At Cooper Parry, we're building something special. We're growing fast. We're scaling internationally. We're welcoming new businesses into the fold. And while growth is exciting, we're determined to protect and strengthen the thing that makes CP, CP.

That's where you come in.

We're looking for a Senior Manager to take ownership of our Culture & Inclusion strategy, helping to shape how it feels to work here. Someone who can take our culture from something people experience to something we design, nurture and continuously improve.

This isn't a role for somebody who wants to sit on the sidelines writing policies. It's for somebody who loves understanding people, spotting patterns, challenging leaders, turning insight into action and helping thousands of people feel they belong, thrive and do the best work of their careers.

Reporting to the Head of Internal Communications & People Experience, you'll lead our culture and inclusion agenda, partnering closely with Internal Communications, Engagement, People Partners and senior leaders across the business.

You'll be part strategist, part consultant, part programme lead and part culture detective.

If you're energised by shaping organisations, influencing senior leaders and creating environments where people can genuinely be themselves and perform at their best, we'd love to hear from you.

You’ll be responsible for;

Shaping the culture we're famous for - helping define "how we work around here"

  • Leading the development and delivery of Cooper Parry's culture strategy, ensuring our values, behaviours and people experience evolve alongside our ambitious growth plans.
  • Using colleague insight, engagement data and cultural diagnostics to understand what's really happening across the business — and turn findings into meaningful action.
  • Designing initiatives, frameworks and interventions that strengthen belonging, accountability, leadership capability and behavioural consistency.
  • Partnering with senior leaders to embed culture into everyday decision-making rather than treating it as a standalone programme.
  • Playing a key role in ensuring our culture scales successfully through acquisitions, new markets and international growth.

Championing belonging and inclusion – making sure every voice has a place

  • Leading delivery of our DE&I strategy with a particular focus on driving meaningful, measurable outcomes rather than tick-box activity.
  • Supporting and developing our colleague communities and inclusion networks, helping them maximise impact across the business.
  • Using data, insight and lived experience to identify opportunities to improve representation, inclusion and belonging.
  • Partnering with stakeholders across the People team to embed inclusion throughout the colleague lifecycle, from attraction and onboarding through to development and progression.
  • Keeping us connected to emerging thinking, industry best practice and innovative approaches that help us stay ahead of the curve.

Turning insight into action - because listening only matters if you do something with it

  • Working closely with our Engagement Manager and Internal Communications team to understand colleague sentiment and organisational trends.
  • Owning and translating culture, engagement and inclusion insights into practical recommendations for leaders and executive teams.
  • Creating compelling narratives around what colleagues are experiencing and where interventions can create the biggest impact.
  • Building meaningful measures of success and demonstrate the value of culture and inclusion initiatives through data and outcomes.

Influencing leaders and building capability - the trusted advisor bit

  • Acting as a senior advisor to leadership teams on culture, inclusion and colleague experience.
  • Designing and facilitating workshops, leadership sessions and capability programmes that strengthen inclusive leadership and cultural consistency.
  • Challenging constructively when required, providing confidence, expertise and perspective in equal measure.
  • Helping leaders understand that culture isn't a People Team initiative - it's a business responsibility.

About you...

At Cooper Parry, we’re in it together. All we ask of our people is that they play all inYou’ll continuously strive to keep learning – whether you’re a trainee or a Partner  and you’ll be brave, stepping out of your comfort zone to tackle new challenges. Above allbe niceA simple notion, but an irreplaceable part of what makes CP, CP.

In addition to those core values, you’ll also bring;

  • Significant experience leading culture, organisational development, colleague experience, DE&I or related people initiatives.
  • A track record of turning organisational insight into successful cultural or behavioural change programmes.
  • Strong consulting, influencing and stakeholder management skills, with experience working alongside senior leaders.

  • Experience designing and implementing initiatives that drive belonging, inclusion, engagement and performance.
  • Outstanding facilitation, communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of how culture drives business outcomes.

  • You're endlessly curious about people, behaviour and organisational culture.
  • You're as comfortable talking data as you are talking human experience.
  • You can zoom out to strategy and zoom in to execution without missing a beat.
  • You know when to push, when to coach and when to listen.
